In an attempt to bring big corporate businesses to their remote desert town of New Grenada, the residents have completely turned a blind eye to the children of the town. With little to nothing to keep them occupied, the teenagers soon decide to take action into their own hands. But when local cop Ed Doberman (Harry Northup) is shot and killed, the adults discuss what action to take on the towns youth. But, the teenagers won't lie down without a fight!
